Description

CHEENAR SYNTHETIC ENAMEL is a premium enamel paint for use on new or old metal surfaces. It features high hardness and surface coverage while showing excellent durability against weather conditions and aging. It dries quickly to a gloss, highly wear- and impact-resistant final surface. Suitable for interior and exterior use.

Field of Use

CHEENAR SYNTHETIC ENAMEL is used for indoor or outdoor applications, on new or old metal surfaces, such as doors, railings, machinery and tools.

Direction For Use

Substrate preparation
The substrate should be dry and free of dust, oil, grease, loose particles, etc., while any imperfections should be smoothed down with sandpaper. The surface is then primed with CHEENAR-RUST PRIMER. For application to galvanized metal or aluminum, priming with EPOXY is necessary to achieve maximum adhesion. After 24 hours, provided the primer has completely dried, the first coat of CHEENAR SYNTHETIC ENAMEL can be applied.
Application
Stir CHEENAR SYNTHETIC ENAMEL well before use. For brush or roller application, thin up to 5% with CHEENAR TAPIN OIL, and for airless spray application thin 10- 20% with CHEENAR TARPIN OIL. Apply two coats allowing the first coat to dry completely before applying the second, after approximately 24 hours. Temperature during application and drying of the paint should range between +10°C and +35°C.
